The company has excellent maintenance facilities at Ballynure, with a full complement of skilled and qualified technicians trained in both tractor and tanker maintenance.  The garage is fully computerised with accurate costing of each job performed and cost data attached to each piece of equipment. Our tankers are regularly tested by Bureau eritas for 2 1/2 year and 5 year pressure tests.  We also have our own in house hose testing procedure. The majority of tractor units are less than 5 years old and many are now under direct maintenance contracts with the manufacturer.

Washing
At both Ballynure and Liverpool the company takes great care to ensure the cleanliness of our tankers both internally and externally. We are able to wash our tankers internally to a temperature 0f 1200c with high-pressure water.  We also have our own drying system and steam facilities.
